Amazon Purchases 

Procurement Cards may NOT be used with a personal Amazon account. 

The Amazon catalog in Aggie Enterprise is the way that Amazon purchases are to be made whenever possible. 

If there is a reason why you cannot use Aggie Enterprise, a UC Davis Procurement Card may be used at checkout for business purchases, using UC Davis’s central Amazon Business account.   

On the resulting AggieExpense reconciliation report, the reason why the card was used in lieu of shopping the Aggie Enterprise catalog must be entered.
